316L stainless steel wire cloth is used to match an existing screen with the following specs that were measured:
approx mesh is 22 × 106.
Wire diameter: 0.023" × 0.010".
It appears to be a plain dutch weave or reverse dutch weave.
The application is as follows: air will pass through this screen that will be oriented in the horizontal plain, and the screen will be cut to fit the galvanized coating machine.
The specs that were called out on the PZ150 screen were: 107x20, wire diameters: 0.240mm x 0.600mm. These specs would fit my need.
